1/2/19: This definitely ranks as one of our best AirBNB experiences yet. First off, the place is simply amazing. Everything felt super high-end and the aesthetics of the place were beautiful. Everything felt brand new and super clean. We were taking our team away for an inspiring weekend of planning and this place inspired. The rooms were huge, bathrooms modern, decorations fun and beautiful. Awesome deck for drinking coffee, grilling or hanging out. Everything looked even more amazing in person. I so hope we get to go back. The location was perfect as we walked to dinner in Germantown and coffee at Barista Parlour. Max and Cindy epitomized hospitality! They were helpful and flexible about everything! Good luck finding a better place in Nashville. I can't imagine it exists.

My husband Max and I are proud to call Nashville home. We are fans of great food and wine, time with family and friends, and of course Titans Football, Predators Hockey and Sounds Baseball. Our lives are enriched by exploring new cultures and meeting interesting people along life's journey.

Max is a singer songwriter who has an RIAA Gold Record for his hit single, “From Where I’m Sitting,” recorded by Gary Allan in 1997. I'm a real estate investor who loves renovating and building houses. The spring 2017 completion of Chateau on Monroe is the fulfillment of our latest dream: providing guests from around the world an exceptional hosting experience as they explore everything our beloved city has to offer, served up with a heaping portion of good ole southern hospitality.

When you call us, you are talking to a Nashville local! As hosts, we strive to be human libraries of visitor information: we know where to eat, how to find can't-miss attractions, what tourist traps to avoid, the best cultural and historic sites, etc. We will help you build your personal list of activities to make the most of your stay in your Nashville vacation home.

Before

Located a few blocks from the heart of historic Germantown, Chateau on Monroe was built specifically for groups visiting our amazing Music City.

From inception to completion our plans included designating the entire second level as a fully enclosed and private vacation rental unit so that others may enjoy our marvelous city in luxurious style.

A year of hard work, sweat, more than a few tears and clinging to our dream gave birth to Chateau on Monroe.
